                     Step 1: pick two pegs to use

Step 2: twist a rubber band and put both ends on the two pegs (it should look like an eight)

Step 3: put two more rubber bands on over the twisted one, then take your hook and get the bottom band and bring it over the top.

do this step on both sides

Step 4: keep doing this process over and over until you get the length you want.

Step 5: when you  have the right length take it off the pegs and two rubber bands will come out. 

Step 6: hook a clip through both sides of the bracelet

And now you have a cute fishtail bracelet!
