We had our first snow of winter! I think there was about 5 to 6 inches of snow on the ground last Friday. My dad was on a trip for work and got back late Thursday night... just in time! We didn't go anywhere Friday because we were pretty much stuck inside and the roads were very icy. My siblings and I decided to brave the freezing weather and put on lots of layers...even though it was not enough. I had 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of socks (fuzzy!), 3 shirts, 1 jacket, 1 coat, gloves, a scarf, and a warm headband to cover my ears!! In other words...it was cold. After we were ready, we walked to our neighbors house and sledded down there hill. Later in the day, I also attempted to build a snowman...it didn't work, I ended up making a 2 inch snowman on our porch...I'll try again next time! Here are some pretty pictures I took of the snow!
