Whoopie Pie Fail

A few months ago, my little sister and one of our neighbors came over and we picked out a recipe to make from Pinterest! Well...the picture looked incredible and delicious, but when we made them, it wasn't as nice as what it looked like...

They look ok so far, right?

Or...maybe not.

 But when we started to try them, they didn't taste anything like what a whoopie pie should taste like (and we followed all the directions and had all of the ingredients). The whoopie pie itself was dry and the buttercream icing was WAY TO BUTTERY! Honestly, it was gross but we made the best of it. Haha. So warning, don't make this recipe on Pinterest, the photo looks great but it's not the real recipe.
