If you didn't know, my dad is gluten free, which means he can't have anything with flour or wheat in it. He loves the gluten free cookies I make sometimes but they aren't very healthy. :( So I was looking through Pinterest for healthy snack ideas when I saw these Yogurt Granola bars. You can buy gluten free granola if you want to. They are extremely easy and took me less than 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- Yogurt (Any kind you want: plain, vanilla, strawberry, etc. I used vanilla yogurt)
- Fruit (Any kind!)
- Granola
I also love these because you can use anything you want: strawberry yogurt with blueberries and almonds, plain yogurt with bananas and strawberries with granola, etc.
- First, get out a glass pan and cover it with plastic wrap. Pour yogurt into the glass pan until it covers the bottom.
- Next, cut fruit into pieces and drop onto the yogurt. Sprinkle granola or almonds onto the top and viola!
- Lastly, place the glass dish into the freezer until it hardens. When it is completely solid, break into pieces and enjoy.
Hope you enjoy!
Xoxo, Julie
