Easy, Healthy Yogurt Granola Bars

If you didn't know, my dad is gluten free, which means he can't have anything with flour or wheat in it. He loves the gluten free cookies I make sometimes but they aren't very healthy. :( So I was looking through Pinterest for healthy snack ideas when I saw these Yogurt Granola bars. You can buy gluten free granola if you want to. They are extremely easy and took me less than 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt (Any kind you want: plain, vanilla, strawberry, etc. I used vanilla yogurt)
  • Fruit (Any kind!)
  • Granola

I also love these because you can use anything you want: strawberry yogurt with blueberries and almonds, plain yogurt with bananas and strawberries with granola, etc.

  1. First, get out a glass pan and cover it with plastic wrap. Pour yogurt into the glass pan until it covers the bottom.
  2. Next, cut fruit into pieces and drop onto the yogurt. Sprinkle granola or almonds onto the top and viola!
  3. Lastly, place the glass dish into the freezer until it hardens. When it is completely solid, break into pieces and enjoy.

Hope you enjoy!

Xoxo, Julie
